note to posters: HTML is NOT a programming language. Neither is CSS.

Scripting: Javascript TI-BASIC (lulz)

Web Based: PHP A bit of Perl

Otherwise: A fair bit of x86 ASM A bit of SQL And, currently involved in a course (but mostly just taking the textbooks they give me and reading them all the way through on my own) that teaches Java, C/C++, and VB.

Of course, we're starting with VB. Easiest garbage ever. And the textbook is dated from when windows 98 was popular. =D

Ti-basic thought me the basic structure of every program I've written so far. It's worth doing. Everything is worth learning, really.

I know:

HTML CSS (not very good at this)

SQL PHP Javascript (enough to do want I want to do with it: XSS) Ti-Basic Batch Bash (started messing around with rooting two days ago)

I can write simple applications in Visual Studio (2008 beta 2)

You can think of me as an inventor who can't create anything, I just come up with stuff, if that makes sense.

Styling: (X)HTML (Basic and anyone knows it, I think) CSS (Very good)

Dynamic: JavaScript (AJAX, with form validations, styling, PHP/MySQL (Very good).

Programming: C/C++ (Very very good). (VC++ too). Some shell's. Perl (Very little).

To-be learned: LISP Python More Perl

And @spyware: You've said :

I can write simple applications in Visual Studio (2008 beta 2) What kind of applications do you do? Visual C++…? C#…? J++/J#…?! Or what?

And they (languages) aren't more important for someone, than its benefit to him, I know some languages, which can do what I "order" them to do…

XHTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, C++.

I can read and understand ASM (OllyDBG Style), and some MASM, but I've never attempted to code in it.

Maybe you should focus on another language, System? I would advise.. French.

HTML CSS TI-BASIC a little bit of z80 ASM Mediocre at JavaScript Batch and *nix shell scripts basic ActionScript

Learning PHP and SQL and C++

Yeah, I'm a jack-of-all-trades, too :p The only things I'm really good at are TI-BASIC and making good layouts in HTML, though I'm going to concentrate on PHP for a while… ever since I learned you can make executables with PHP 0.0!

Thanks to sleazoid for letting me know that!

Yea, I know I'm meant to be doing my French >_<

Also, if you count DOS/Batch as a language, then I'll add that lol.

VB (Started with it, so I know it very well. I am trying to use it as less I can.) C++ - basic understanfing. Never continued learning it :/ PHP - same as C++ Deep breathe… MASMz0r - I am learning it and it rocks. Considering I am doing reverse engineering, it is one of those must-know. It's bit hard in the beginning. Oh, everything is hard…in the beginning. Later, it rules. But in the end, I have my own Olly mod and it's certainly better against anti-debugging than the normal one. (I could talk for hours about it lol)

shoutz, ToTcos!

guys, it's not about what you know, but what you don't know. That's the best to learn, and measure yourself.

Otherwise, you're only proud of knowing what you know, and therefore you'll be less inclined to reaching for the unknown.

I personally always concentrate on what I don't know and build on that.
