New Job(little SE maybe?)

hey all Just about to start one of those "lame" call center jobs(still in college for computing) NEwayz … I have been given one of those call scripts(to tell me how to talk to the customer) and i was wondering if people thought it was possable to socially engineer the script to make life a little easier. I suck At SE but if its possable at least i can try it out Can post the script if anyones interested …. Cheers evo
