How did you hear about HBH?

Well,

I found myself reading this book called "Confessions of Teenage Hackers" and in the back it had some relative sites. So I joined a few to see what's going on and somewhere I seen a link to this place and here I am. =) (By the way; I am not a teenager. I just actually turned 22; January 23rd 2006.)

i was googlin abt hacking articles n stuff n i was interested in guestbook hacking, so i googled for it and i found something on some forum posted by BlackAce linking to his guestbook hacker on hbh, so i came here n thats it :P n thursday. i'll be 16..

I wanted to start hacking, or learn to. And i have no clue how but i stumbled upon www.hackthissite.org and then i saw Hellbound affliate button, and thought that the name was awesome, so i decided to visit , and now love the site lol

I dont even remember.

i was one of the first to join the team of mr_cheese and grind. i met them at HTS and i have seen hbh in his very first years, … remeber me cheese? ;)

any1 else who knows that there was a Yahoo group about HBH before there was this massive community? i must say HBH has realy became bigger then i could ever imagen, great job cheese, grind !!! ;):D

Oh, and Grind - you sound like the same sort of reader as me… one that doesn't read many books ;) I definitely recommend a book called "The Blue Nowhere" by Jeffery Deaver (I recommend it to everyone here). Really good read that I think most of us would like.

As for finding Hellbound - I found it through H2H after joining their site for the WebWars thing (though I no longer have any real interest in H2H as HBH covers everything they have and more), hehe.

I'm 17 currently - 18 in April.

i googled it and woila! I also got an asign ment of god to hack my school he said "go to helljoin and learn!"

I was googling sites to learn more about hacking and phreaking, and I came to this site that ranked sites about hacking. This was at no. 14 or 34, can't remember exactly. Btw, I'm 16.

Hi, I don't remember how I found HBH… maybe from hackerthreads.org or maybe google. The other site was mentioned to me by a friend. Well,then you had to mail Mr. Cheese to join. On checking my GMail archives I found that I mailed him on May 17, 2005 :D asking him to let me join HBH. Then I think it didn't have challenges or anything. I forgot about it. Then many months after that I found Mod-X.I got interested in security challenges and found other challenge sites through google. then I stumbled upon HBH again. I joined, did some challenges. I was doing many chall sites at a time, so I went away for sometime. When I tried after a month or so, HBH was down. Then from last month or so, I have been more active here. I am 16 BTW, 17 this March :D
