Hacker Help.

Well iam new to the sceen, and i have been trying to learn how to hack for soo long. i finaly got some info about telnet and stuff like that but it dosent really work out for me. But what i really was wondering if i can get some help? Where can i learn about useing programs, and basic web hacking becauseing iam trying to do the missions here but i found out my skills are nothing. So if yall can help me with some stuff like the basices and portscanners and all that good stuff! I belive this is my calling lol..:)
