HBH wallpaper

I'm gonna be honest. In my opinion, it's just not good. Too low res, low image quality, I can honestly say I'd never use it. It seems like you have a grasp of photoshop/gimp/whatever, but you don't have the artistic element required.

I'll just be honest for one second, and if you can't handle it, I don't think you should read under the line.. ———— <– Line… :)

Honestly, I don't like either one of them. The first one, is like a first thing you make in photoshop (if that's the program you use, personaly I don't care) ever. Seems like you just have taken an ugly background, and added some text. The second, is better thought. Still I wonder if you have done vey much more than filling in a texture, and splatted alot of brushes over the whole thing. Then added a text, in the middle. Thats about it, in my eyes. Sorry, but thats my opinion. But I'm also a little critical in everything that is digital art. No affence or anything, dude! :p Still never give up, and always keep trying.

Personally I like the first one, fits nice with my current theme :p

As for the second one, I think it's pretty boring and it has a really weird screen res. (900x800? I never knew any screen that uses that resolution)

You need to learn how to blend. Try using the gradient overlays with an abstract gradient to put a really nice colour change. Just keep trying.

Personally, I think it's great (but I dont really need an HBH wallpaper, I'm not really a part of HBH anymore (and due to my reputation I dont see anyone even liking me enough to even think of me as a staff member in the future) even though I was only staff on HBH for like… a week, but I made an ass of myself (as usual), so here I am!) Aside from that, I think it's a great background, I dont exactly see what any of the other members mean about it's cons though, the only bad thing I see is that it's just a bit… plain. But it'd be great for a minimalist, I guess.

StyleXP (licenced ;) )

I've tried Windows Blind but I prefer StyleXP instead ;)
