Hackers Wanted to Co-Found Biz

Time to take over the world…

AS a non tech founder I'm looking for quality hackers or some advice as to what I should look for in a persons coding skills etc etc.

I would be interested to hear from anyone on here with the enthusiasm and hunger to put their hacking skills to good use.
