Where to submit

If I were to think about making a challenge how would i go about submitting it and also do i have to give the answer to the challenge to the people that i submit it to. Also what kind of challenges would other HBH members like to see there favorite catagories or even a catagory that is not listed in HBH. I dunno just wondering what others thoughts are

Send the code to one of the developers, along with the password(s). Dynamic is good as far as challenges go. It makes it harder to cheat on them. As far as new chalenges, I wouldn't mind seeing some new java or basics.
