Auto Clicker

Well I was wondering if anyone knew of an auto clicker that can click in a series of different places. Like you can set the time between each click and where they click.

For example lets say you wanted it to first double click a folder on the desk top then maximize it and finally close it.

This would be very helpful if someone could help me out.

edit even more explaing:

It would be like a time line:

5 secs | double click folder | 5 secs | Maximize | 5 secs | Close | And repeat

And you would set the X,Y Cords for each click.
