USB Encryption

Evening all, i was woundering if any body could suggest some good programs they had used to encrypt there usb memory stick. I have tried a few but some stop the usb stick been recognised by pc's using linux and others just didnt work. Thanks for reading. Any suggestions will be muchly appreciated

sorry, yes i do please, im struguling to find one that works on bot os, if you can suggest one you have used i will try it out because all the ones i have come across havent worked, thanks for reading
