Its like calling opening a door 'engineering'. In principle, excerting forces on a hinged object to get it to move could be called engineering, but in reality its not. Not everyone who opens a door in an engineer.

true, but consider this you have engineers with a university degree, and then railroad engineers. Both of them are still engineers, despite they are on totally different levels, so even though it's not K.Mitnick SE, it still is form of Social engineering

Thats what i'm saying, technically its social engineering, but its nothing special, I wouldn't say that the guy was a social engineer.

Or as a celebrity, although I doubt you would get through like Paris Hilton :D I guess that is what makes it 'low SE':D , cause it doesn't require any special knowledge or special effort, you just dress as some 'idiotic' DJ ( don't want to insult DJs :)) and say : Yeah I'm playin here tonight bro.
