can somebody explain how to make chat on some blog do i have to use html

3rd, a chat module can be done in a few ways…PHP , ASP, any other server side languages.

HTML is a markup language. a language used for describing data. it is not a programming language (like C++ or Java) or even a scripting language (like python or php).

It is only a way to organize data, there is not logic "programmed" into it to allow it to process data.
