encrypter/decrypter

i need a good encrypter and decrypter and i was wondering if the community had any idea? you can also pm me.

as a side note, i downloaded a mouse switcher batch file and i cant switch it back. will restarting my computer help?

for your mouse buttons go to

control pannel>>mouse>>button configuration then uncheck the switch buttons box

(if you use windows)
