My new crib
Just got this farm :) I inherited it wont' get much into that but:
The first one is the house, the second I took a picture of one side of my yard cuz it started to rain and I was bored :(. I gotta do lots of renovation, it was built in 1851 and it doesn't look like much has been done to the place since then. It's nice though, 7 bedrooms 3 baths. Hell yeah. I might post some more pix later I don't feel like doing any more right now. There's thousands of acres, donno exactly how many my nearest neighbor is about a mile out though.
Oh yeah, it's also got 4 barns, one of which has a full bar (stocked too :happy:).

That's my problem. I had the place appraised at between 2-3 mil (land + house) right now with the housing slump, I think I should wait. I'll get more anyways and for the time being I have more land than I know what to do with and a nice 7 bedroom house :D
