Alright… so last night. I'm just surfin the ole' intraweb like normal..and I get a phone call from my aunt. She starts off with "Haven't I seen you on a website about hacking. Something with Hell in the title?" and I was just like…uh ya..why? And she goes off on this whole long spiel about how someone had hacked on to my younger cousins MSN and was threating to come to one of my cousins houses with a gun and shoot them. She finishes and then asks if I could do anything about this… Well apparently this kid was threating more kids than my younger cousins, and one of the parents of the other kids called the police…and now the KBI (Kansas Bureau of Investigation) is involved. I went over to my cousins house and got on his MSN name and started talkin to this kid…well I asked him if he wanted to see a nude pic of my sister. So I opened notebook typed "Wow, you just fucked up:D" and saved it as b00bs. I sent the file to the kid and then I acquired his IP address :P haha…now I don't know what to do with it. Should I provide it to the KBI or should I do somethin else??

haha that's awesome(the whole notepad thing). As for you actual question though I'm not sure what to tell you. Hopefully someone can give you an answer. And hopefully this other kid is all bark and no bite(like most kids are lol)

yeah. msn logs would be useful if they are kept on the computer but if not then there's basically no proof. kind of just a he said she said thing

you should have sent something that would keep logs of all his activities and sent them to you on a different computer. That way you would have alot against him when the time comes. Just my thought on the situation.

i think you should've send in RAT and play with his coumputer, but if KBA or whatever that organization is involved doing that may backf fire at you…. worse case you may get the blame if kid claim that you had control over his computer entire time…

IP is enough to wreak brutal havoc. Get something called nmap, scan him and look for any open ports, go to milworm and use the tunneling with SSh tutorial and screw that little kid hard

with my luck i'd end up getting tracked down for messin with his computer lol. anyways thanks to system's http://www.hellboundhackers.org/articles/235-Getting-IP-addresses-through-MSN.html article and the tracking 2 mission for the help :P

haha… 50 year old pedo… turned out to be a dumb ass 7th grader… i have a friend that works for the phone company and i had him look up where the ip was being used from that night. i bet he's grounded now mister. :angry::happy:
