Dilemma!

Wait for what? Fire it and tell your mom or dad. If you already hate the situation now, study what would it be like if you got back to public school, and when you DECIDE that you want to get back, tell your mom, if it's already bad now, don't wait, it'll be worse. I don't think that she will ignore you!
Wow.. kind of the same with my life.. except my dad passed away when I was 3. Yeah, I think im gonna have to at the dinner table. otherwise itll be awkward. (I also find it hard to tell my mom stuff.)
I feel sorry for you, man, same situation here, but when I was 8…
Well, forget about dinner table if you have siblings. If you do, try to talk to her when she's alone, in a nice weather, with nice words, choose words + situation that she's not nervous, or having a problem, etc…
Good luck ;)
Well to tell you the truth…I was homeschooled since grade 4…LOVED IT…got to go my own pace, not wait for the quote "slower children". The only reason I was was because of my father's work though. This is the 9th place I live in, each time moving to a different state/province/country…so it was hard to keep up with different curriculums.
As for your situation, if you do truly detest it, talk to your parents about it. Most are willing to listen (even if they don't seem like they care). Tell them WHY you would want to go back to school instead of stay homeschooled, not just "I want to". Give convincing arguments that demonstrate that you've thought the situation over and acted like an adult about it…
Thats pretty much all I have to say…
Wow, are you serious? How can you even say that? Tell my mom to screw herself. I've lost all respect for you japanesedude.
Take it a bit easier man, no need to take what he said literally, some people ( such as me ) can choose to occasionally express ourselves a bit differently. No need to loose respect for someone because of a simple comment.
Taking things a bit easy is why we can tell our friends to go fuck themselves in a joke kind of fashion, we obviously don't mean that they should literally go away and enjoy tender sexual intercourse with themselves alone in their room.

Ok, I'll give a serious reply ^^
You've got to keep in mind that homeschooling is not a result of hate, ignorance, or any negative emotions like that. It's because she wants what is best for you, and believes that homeschooling is what is best. So, explain your situation, and tell her that you want to go to a normal school, and she will probably understand. I was homeschooled for a year once - I didn't like it much. I mean, sure, I got loads of time off 'school', and got to hang out with my cousins a lot, but it still wasn't the same as an rl school.
Good luck man.
Congrats, glad it worked out for you.
Although I consider you quite lucky not having to go to school, personally I would love nothing more than my school to burn down with one of the teachers more or less molesting the boys there and most other teachers knowing less about their subject than me.
First rule of school: if a kid knows more about your subject than you do then you're fired.
glad it worked out for you.
i'm curious about something. how does homeschooling work (i know what it is, but i mean with relation to the rest of the world)? do you just learn the stuff from a parent, then take a test to get your GED? how does the rest of the world recognize that you've learned the material?
@Ninjacyph3r Christ I'm glad someone got that.
