hacking forum sections is easy.

1. open notepad
2. paste this 01001011000111110010010101010101010000011111100000
3. save as name.exe
4. click on the icon to run.
5. go to the website, let the script take over from there.

EDIT: someone brought to my attention that this question has been addressed extensively in this fora previously. next time, please read through old posts first.
