An updated encryption

I was wondering if anyone could assist me with a new encryption…

Seems like some Base64 derivation, but I'm not sure which…

Any clues? ;)

I think its too long for base64….. but yes it looks like base64…

it doesnt have the same amount of characters for each original character

My friend and I are designing our own Client (In C#), as we don't really like the default one (It's coded in Flash…)

The previous encryption was PLAIN Base64, and our Client was working perfectly, although now they've changed the encryption in the newer version, and we've got a problem… :|
