Changing locked pc message in XP

Does anyone know specifically how to change the message that displays in Windows XP when you lock the pc?

Typically the message says "This computer is in use and has been locked. Only username or and administrator can unlock this computer."

I would like to change that message. I have searched google and am scouring the registry but I haven't figured it out yet. Any ideas?

buried in a binary file somewhere…. in principle you could change it with a hex editor.

Yeah, probably. I'm still digging. Thanks for the input :)

Download ResHack and look through the main windows binaries. If it's in there, it'll be under StringTable somewhere.
