Yeah, 192.168.x.x addresses are internal IPs… they aren't valid for travel outside of that network. 10.x.x.x and 172.16.x.x - 172.32.x.x are the same way.

If they sniffed for a 192.169.x.x address, they'd probably find one, since it's not a public IP set. That one's 192.168.x.x, tho… :happy: And, really, it's not at all like the 127.0.0.1 address… that's a loopback, which just sends all traffic directly back to the computer you're on.
