Im using knoppix 4.0 (live cd), and i can't seem to be able to configure my wireless card. Its a PCI linksys, and i have no idea whatsoever on how to install this. could anyone help me?:ninja:
It is really simple. I have the instructions actually sitting right now to me for knoppix :P But the commands are as follows. boot up knoppix open up a terminal and type in the following
wlcardconfig
then
pump -i eth0
and it should start working, atleast it did for me.
You may need to install Ndiswrapper and use the actual *.inf file for your windows driver. The README that un-packs with ndiswrapper is very detailed. Both ndiswrapper and ndiskgtk (graphical version) are available at sourceforge.net
