KDE vs GNOME

Which do you like better and why?

How did I know he'd start this -.-

I prefer GNOME because I've used both and from experiance, GNOME was just all around better :)

KDE

1. It has so many more apps developped specifically for it.
2. Who'd take a gnome's foot over a dragon, come on, now
3. To my experience, KDE is more customizable, and gives more power to the user to do so much with its GUI.

I like kde because thats what i've alway used and i know how to use it, i've never read liked the why the gnome desktop looks either…

also gnome must be rubbish if slackware dropped it… :P

niether…fluxbox for its simplicity

i prefer KDE its jsut an all around nice environment… but i sometimes use XFCE.

nah, i'm joking i dont use a descktop environment… i'm so 1337 i use the shell

I prefer GNOME because I think KDE remind me too much windows environement…although, KDE has more apps, so I use KE apps on my GNOME environement :p

I prefer KDE, for someone who has used KDE, fluxbox and GNOME eacho for around a year now, im geting old^_^ Anyways, KDE, it's nicer, GNOMEis ppurty cool fluxbox is nice looking if you just wana leave your pc for peopleto be impressed by :D

Gnome feels smoother to me I prefer it for that main reason.

Gnome because KDE IS A WINDOWS LIKE and resource abusing WHORE buit I prefer XFCE to anything else :)
