Tor is an awesome product, but if you are just using proxies for browsing, not posting stuff I would really encourage you to check out the Codean proxies. These are some of the most uber proxies I have came acrost. Not only do these proxies work 90% of the time, they are hella fast. You will never notice you are using it unless you try posting something. Then there is the IP changes :) While using the codean proxies your IP will change every other request or every request depending on how fast you browse. But say if you go to http://www.whatismyip.org/ and refresh while using the codean proxies you will see your IP changes every request :)

But there are limitations to these proxies. You are not allowed to send "post" data, you can send "get" data just fine but you cant login to a site or something, im sure you could by changing your cookies, probally not on HBH though. Not sure HBH admins would be to pleased if I explained that one :P
