tcp 22 ssh port help

so lets say that i pinged a certain site, and lets say that that site just so happened to have that port open, and lets also just say that i happened to use putty to try to get in to it, and finally lets say that i happened to find the admin password by some means, so now i ask…..is there a list of commands i can use or a list of things i can do from here and if not would you be so kind as to write one ><?
