http://tinyurl.com/964mj - This website runs a exploit for all Windows XP versions that is currently unfixed. Linux is not affected by this exploit but if you wanted to deface a website then redirect the person to this site. That would essentially crash their computer. A very blackhat thing to do but enjoy?

If you don't know how this exploit works read on:

"The vulnerability is caused due to an error in the image rendering for overly large images. This can e.g. be exploited to crash a vulnerable system when a user views an image with overly large HTML size attributes in e.g. Internet Explorer.

The vulnerability has been confirmed on a fully patched Microsoft Windows XP SP2 system. Other versions may also be affected."

All browsers are effected and this basically means… Get a Linux I reccomend UBUNTU for you windows heads.

why post a tiny url, regardless of the site i have learnt not to follow tinyurl's unless you want the words "BIG MONSTER COCK" to be in bold accross your screen while some guy or some kind of farm animal rampantly "rogers" a guy.

god wrote: This is so cool! anybody has some info abt how specificially THIS exploit is written ?In non-technical terms: when you go to that site, there's is a huge ass picture, and I mean huge! When Windows tried to render an image that big it can't handle it and says fuck it and crashed.

It's large as in: <IMG SRC="./bsod.gif" width="9999999"height="9999999">, actually the image isn't large at all, just the width/height specifications. Anyways, linux whores suck

This exploit does not just pertain to HTML asking windows to render an ungodly picture size..

As in the following link: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v634/SaintEbony/unbanned.jpg

(NOTE: This link is not an html file.. the url is clearly .jpg) This will likely have the same effect if not as severe.. but try posting a website with 10+ of these lovely pictures. Windows knows about this exploit and plans to patch it for Vista. ;)
