I found this working on most sites (cant say all): www.site.com/webshell4/login.php?login="[xss] So my noobish question:D is does this counts as exploit?

yes, XSS is classed as an offical exploit.

it's not a system exploit, it's like cgi exploits, they vary from site to site. usually sites like security focus only show exploits for systems or apps like wordpress etc
