Wow, that is your problem right there, if you would just study Javascript and html like you hit that bong of yours you would be a decent web developer or have some common knowledge of the subject

It's common to get frustrated and want to give up. It's not just going to come to you, even things that most of us experienced programmers/hackers consider easy, it won't be at first. I'm sure nobody is going to try and stop you from quitting, but you'll learn if you really want to.
