Ok I'm looking for some Proxy sites not like web blocker bypassing but like proxies to hide your real identity anyone know any good sites(I did search google but i want to know your sites that you use)

do you have to dial up to use a proxy, because that was my guess and i'm using a high speed internet connection right now and i need to know this due to the fact that i'm smart about some things and not so smart about other things, in other words i'm a doooooomas
