After exploring HBH I have found a link talking about WebAdmin.php. Is this used with RFI? If not, Then how do you use this?

After finally completing challenge 23…I figured out it could be used rfi. Thanks for the link, It really did help. I just didn't think it was that simple to look up. throws an icepack towards moshbat
