Another jtr problem

I know how to use jtr and its been working like a dream till recently. I do it exactly as you should ( or so i think ) for example C:\john\run>john password.txt
where password.txt contains: admin:5f4dcc3b5aa765d61d8327deb882cf99

And then i get this message from john: "Loaded 2 password hashes with no different salts"

and no bruteforcing is started wich i can tell by looking at my cpu meter. And its only one hash so i dont know why its saying its 2 :/, anyone know how this can be solved? I would appreciate it alot. Thanks // d0ct0r
