I only watched two of them, neither have any kind of commentry or explination of the actions that are taking place. Personaly i think you could learn better from a few white papers iv seen floating around. Ill check my favorites and send you some links that i consider better via pm.

I don't see how these help you at all. No commentary, and all they really do is show you how to make programs do things for you. wait for the above white papers.
