School Hacking

Well I didnt know where to put this post either so bam here we go. With school hacking I know there is a high risk of getting caught so I dont need everyone telling me that. So i went to programs,explore found the administrator documents. So what can i do with them..They have like 1000 documents in the cookies section and some things in the start up file. I dont want to like do something idiotic like kill the network, but I know where the RAT file is (thanks mr cheese lol)…So what can I do with them..all ideas are welcome..I just wont use the really malicious ones lol. I have acess to command ms dos too. I could say more documents in the administrator account, but I would have to go back at school and take a more detailed look.

hmmm.. well with dos prompt the possibilities are endless :evil: but just because you can view the files doesn't necessarily mean you can do anything with them… my schools got alot of them open to access but when you get into them it shows up on the teachers computer

@bigggnick… nah netsend has been disabled on most of the school networks, besides that was fun way back when… worth a shot though i suppose

a friend almost got suspended for doing netsend, he sent messages to every computer and apparently disrupted several classes and presentations

hmmm… someone needs to slap the admin at your school.. so heck maybe worth a shot in the end

ive deleted 2 of the cookies files if that means anything…and I have a fake account i made after braching off of like 6 other fake account and i madethe first fake account on this really annoying guys account lol :D (annoying yet stupid lol)…and mr cheese said RAT stood for remote admin tool…and if i downloaded it to a floppy and used it fro home i could contrl it that way..but i dont think I will do that lol.

Ive done netsend before as well…good times lol..I didnt get in trouble because my math teacher said I could do it to advertise this sales project haha.

if noone said anything delete the whole temp folder and if its got one a quarantine…. it freed up like 3gig of memory on the comp i use at school… you could always use dos to sign in as SYSTEM and have fun from there

jeez, your admins must be pretty dim. my school has everything all nice and secured, can't grab a SAM file, can't create new accounts, can't edit internet connections. although command prompt does work. what I've been interested in recently is exploiting their webfiltering software hosted on a seperate server (dansguardian). I'm going to grab the source for it soon once I understand a bit more of low level languages. it's more of a long term project =P

oh my god i hate dansguardian… we finally figured out how to cheat it though… how did you do it?

well, like I said, I haven't done anything yet, I'm just poking around before I actually analyze the entire source code for exploitable bits.

if you're refferring to getting a command prompt, you could just copy it from the system32 directory into your own documents.

true i noticed you said you hadnt gotten around it yet after my post… sorry bout that… if all you wanna do is get around restricted sites use a secure connection and then a proxy.. if you want to bring it down have fun with it and then tell me about it

Just as a warning, from personal experience :P, schools get really pissed off even if you don't change anything or plan to change anything…I looked around on my school network and got 5 days suspension as well as my computer confiscated by the police (although they probly wont be able to charge me)

Something good to do if you want to hack your school network, upload cain and able to your USB drive, take it to school and install it. search for all the routers on the network, then poison them. Whatever passwords anyone types in should go straight to cain and able, network logins, website logins, email logins, everything

very true… just make sure to tuck it away somewhere where it wont be come across too easily

It's been a while since i was at school but i would class college as school! A good idea for anyone who know's a bit of Linux is to download DSL - DamnSmallLinux! A 50mb Linux Distribution bootable from a USB key which you can have a lot of fun with. Beware - Administrators don't take kindly to this!

nah its a weeks suspension… and if youve been in trouble for it before its alternative school for like a month or 5 weeks where i live

i did this and DID get suspended. i also have no more computer privs for the rest of my highschool years for AMP DDoS'ing our network during the online EOI testing.

Haha I got a month for running dsl, they took my computer rights off me. So i did a netsend on a old friends account and got him suspended for a week:) Surprisingly, I am head of IT at my school now.

amazing how it all makes a full circle y'know one day your in trouble because you would rather play than do work… the next you're running the whole operation and gettin pissed because some other kid owuld rather play than work hehe

lol the good ol' days of stuffing your school over. My favourite would have to be finding a way back through the desktop control software. My teacher recently put in place software so he could control computers from his if they were doing something in-apropriate. So afte a lot fo trouble getting it running on one damn secure linux box. within twenty minutes of use i had control of the whole class and the Data Projector.
