Just a little story...
Well this is what happened yesterday, 1st period at my school…
I used to think that my school was super smart, and had some sort of hidden keyloggers built into the school computers, so 1 period, I spent the entire 45 minutes looking in the task manager for suspisious processes.
So I googled them all, nothing. I leave, then the next day, all the sites I went to were blocked….so I wonder how they do all this shit to me, then the teacher calls me over, and then takes 15 MINUTES JUST TO FIND THE HISTORY ICON IN INTERNET EXPLORER and says, "Why you've been a very busy man haven't you?"
And I feel like a complete dumbshit for nothing thinking of something so basic, so little! And then after that day, I delete the history, cookies, offline data, and reset the web settings.
To this day my teacher acts like shes the smartest person in this room, so just for kicks I right down the ip address of her computer shes using after class, and I install a program that lets me get remote access from my house or any other computer with the program installed.
So today, I go to school all happy ready for me to piss her off…so first I started opening and closing the CD drive repeatedly and shes laughing and explaining whats happening (like shes doing it on perpose), so I stop doing that for a few minutes, open notepad and say "Whos the smart one now?" and she starts getting really pissed off. I close that, and go to cmd and type meatspin and ping it, and type the ip address in address bar and randomly click shit, and shes trying to exit and shit and then the principle walks by and is wondering what shes doing. ahahaha. So I quit off IE and turn off remote assistance. And pretend to do my work while the principle yells at her. ahahaha. greatest day of my life.
Morel of the story: Always clear cookies.
probably every itself respecting school, has a team of IT technicians, who take care of the network.the teachers are usually JUST smart enough to teach ms office and shit :S or to tell you how to browse the internet. they always work with windows,so that pretty much should tell you guys how much they know about computers… hand em over a linux/unix system, and they don't know what to do. reset the cmos, they're completely lost.all they can do,is startup windows…that's one reason i changed schools :P i wanted teachers who actually knew something, and were able to teach me. not windows, plug'n play, double click know it all, teachers :S no thanx. they claim to know computers, but all they know,is a little bit,of what you can do with windows…i guess, that teacher is just like them :P
peace.
Well done. The admins are my school -are- the teachers, so it is not hard to find my way around. I do not know why I'm not destroying anything. Perhaps it is common sense.
First day of class, teacher had to unblock something for herself. She goes to type in her username and password, and accidently types her password in on the text field. There it was, right on the SmartBoard. "Crystal". 10 minutes later, she gives us an intro about herself. "My dogs name is Crystal." Me: "ORLY". :D
Anyways, good job. :3
