im a bit of a noob at hacking, hence only 115 points lol. Basicly my problem is getting accses to my sisters files on windows xp and if theres a way?

iv tried lots of various things and i realise you can get onto it easily by control pannel but i would like to do it without her knowing.

if you could help me id be very greatfull, i was wondering abuot downloading a keylogger onto it but weather it would only record the things that my user does i dont know, i alsop tried VNC but that only worked on my user.

open to any suggestions, thanks

is her acct pw protected? SE her…or you may be able to use the safe mode trick. at boot up hit F8, depending on your settings you may not need a password to log in

Have you tried the obvious, using a Linux live cd and browsing the Hard Drive, if it is NTFS then you wont have write access but you should be able to copy them to a memory stick or CD

There is an article about logging on as SYSTEM, its a pretty easy process, once you have "SYSTEM" you can view your sisters files.
