cURL instalation problems

well… as the title says…

does someone know about some REAL simple step by step noob newbie n00b tutorial? cause i searched and searched google … and first dloaded some library for windows and cant install it without some ssl thing so i downloaded it and cant install that… ofcourse i went to php.net… and curl.haxx.se, and have no idea still. if someone had a simmilar problem or knows the answer, please post it here.

Go to your phpinfo file which tells you where your php.ini file is. Remove the semi-colon in front of php_curl.dll. Save file, restart apache.

so no fancy downloads and instalation stuff cause it's already included in php?

Well I think so. That page has all the speculations so if you just edit the right file and you still get 'undefined function' or something then it may not be supported, but try it first and let me know if it works.

i'm not getting errors so it appears to be working.

why cant those guys on php net put it as simple as that :(
