Auto Open/Download script/code? Help

I'm trying to find a code or script that when someone visits a certain part of my website, like downloads for example, it will download a file to their computer WITHOUT any form of notification (pop up window, accept/cancel, etc).

I've asked several people, Google, various websites, and I've had no luck. I know it can be done, I've seen it on websites before, could someone please help or point me in the right direction?

You could hide it in something an active X control, the background music even….
