hacker hacked

this aint about hacking more as im being hacked, ive noticed that my connections been laging lately so i checked the logs on my router and i noticed this line occuring 3 times:

Jul/04/2006 11:37:38 Ping of Death Detect src:66.36.149.174:33606 dst:...:23609 Packet Dropped

And then there's about 30 entries occuring every second for atleast half a min showing this:

Jul/04/2006 14:36:56 SYN Flood Attack Detect Packet Dropped

my question is am i being hacked by someone or is my router just plaing up on me?

It's bull. Don't worry. Ping of Death doesn't exist.

To be serious, what router are you using? Those logs are.. Interesting.

What ISP are you on and what is your network setup like?

You aren't being "hacked", you're most likely getting flooded by some script kiddie with nothing better to do with his time. Certain routers are vulnerable to buffer overflows and other attacks very similar to the ol' ping of death. What you are experiencing is a mild DoS attack. Your router's filtering seems to be stopping it, which is a good sign, so I wouldn't worry too much.

If you don't have a static IP, renew your IP address. Scan your computer for any spyware that may be "calling home". That should take care of the problem.

my routers a dlink DI-624, my ISP is optus cable (they sux cause they dont allow servers) and well my networks basically 2 wired box's and a wireless (laptop) all on windows all with firewalls not including the firewall built into my router

Those are common place. My router(s) get those all the time. wait until you have your webserver logs having 30 login attempts a second for 3 hours. That is the fun…find IP(in logs) whois the IP, call abuse and be done with it. that is the quickest way. I have fried a few SKs this way :P
