im not that new to hacking but very new to SQL INJECTION. what is it and how is it used in hacking?

If not then I'll explain a bit.

You should know SQL is used for databases and passwords/usernames are sometimes kept there. From this you can use an sql injection to select everything from the database, and get admin user/pass

you please first learn sql , and you will find sql injection is just an unnormal way to use sql. have fun.
