well that cant actually be legal at all.

and sites like that would be closed down by the FBI in seconds, or the FBI would setup traps etc and catch them.

That site has got to be some form of sting. setup by a gouvernment organisation for entrapment purposes. it cant be for real, surely.

i mean if it was run by the gouvernment, the second you make a payment, they knock on your door and charge you with third party theft.

and i the only one who thinks it isnt for real?

I dont know. It probably isnt real, But technically if it is a sting, They cant prove the account you want hacked isnt yours. and there are many sites like this. most of them are legit - Ethical Hackers.

That site does seem pretty well fake to me.
