Guidanse on where to start

Hi! I'm new to this with hacking so i wonder where to start. What programs will i nead? What CodeLanguage do i have to know etc…

What CodeLanguage do i have to know etc… Well HTML, PHP, MySQL and Python are good to start off with.

Personally I would first look up how to spell "Guidance." And it is called "a programming language."
