I have set the proxy in my IE browser, but when i go to some guessbook website, my ip hasn't changed to the fake ip. What is the problem??

Maybe the proxy isn't truly anonymous, try some other ones.

download TOR and privoxy.. then use firefox with the "proxy" extension.

then you'll be anonymous.

and what lucid_dream said…. its probably the proxy isnt truley anonymous.. a large percentage of proxies, dont actually hide your IP!
