Cain help

it's nothing much. Just two days ago, I was playing around my college network (on my laptop) poisoning the network.

well, it's pretty nice, but I don't understand the ARP-certificates part.

I know that these certs are for https sites, where the user will simply click on it, and return the password to me in plain text form.

the question is, how do i do this? Do i simply wait for cain to do the job or i have to use the certificate and send it to the user?
