Hi All, Does anyone living in the UK know of a mobile network (pay as you go phones) that doesn't need to be registered before use?

I've heard that T-Mobile (pay as you go) don't need registering before being able to use them, is this correct?

The reason i'm asking is i'm thinking of trying out some Bluetooth Hacking via a mobile phone.
