Net Send through Vista

I recently bought a new laptop and it came with windows vista. I was wondering if Net Send worked on vista. I know that it worked through XP, but they blocked it in my school before I graduated and now that I am out of school I would like to know how to do it through Vista. Any help would be helpful.

By default, the telnet client for Vista is not installed. Since "net send" relies on Telnet, you have to resolve this issue first. Checking out this site:
