how to get proxy

I tried google, but i didn't find good proxies, those ones didn't work, i dont know where to search for proxies.

I found a proxy, it's a bit slow, but is working. But i can't login to HBH when i use it.

You are probably using a web-based proxy (A website which offers you a proxy service). Google for "Tor" (and/or Videlia). Install that and it'll solve your problems. I also recommend installing TorButton if you are using Firefox.
