They're going to be releasing a full feature program that's going to cost a lot of money + this pisses off Microsoft. So, it's a personal and financial bonus. This is a lot like: housecall.trendmicro.com (or whatever that link is), where they provide a free service, but you get "more" out of the boughten software.
