Step 1
Go to FILTER>RENDER>CLOUDS
Step 2
Go to FILTER>DISTORT>WAVE and write for
Numbers of generators: 220 Wavelength: 38
Then click randomize a few times
Step 3
Go to FILTER>SKETCH>CHROME
Detail- 4 Smoothness- 8
Step 4
Go to FILTER>DISTORT>POLAR COORDINATES and select
Rectangular to Polar
Step 5
Go to FILTER>DISTORT>SPHERIZE and use this setting
Amount- 100
Step 6
colorize it to whatever color you want by pressing CTRL+U
Step 7
Go to FILTER>ARTISTIC>PLASTIC WRAP and use these settings
Highlight strength: 20 Detail: 4 Smoothness: 15 Optional These steps below are optional to make a really neat design. You can also stop at either one of these.
Step 8
Go to FILTER>STYLIZE>FIND EDGES
Step 9
Go to Image>Adjustments>Invert
There you go; I think this is a really neat picture. Here are a picture that I got from it

Either way who gives a crap, I don't know if it just me but "Hellbound Hackers" doesn't seem to be the name of a graphics site does it?;; And if you were going to do a few tutorials in graphics, you should have put them all in the same post;;

Xero yes I am Travmanx, travmanx was already taken here:(. I also have this submitted at MTMcutomdesigns.net, And had it at Fading Art before it closed

even though i am a photoshop enthusiast and found this intresting (even though it doesn't produce a perfect picture eg. the flaw that occurs because of the use of polar cord.) i agree with deshouleres you sould have posted a few tuts on different sytles and designs:|
