ghost | 8555 Reads | -=Stegano 5=- MADE EASY -only.Samurai Right, now I realize that there are 2 other articles at this time about Steg5, but I have found a much better way to do it….faster, more efficient…..
So, from reading other articles and forum posts, you may have realized that your supposed to get something from the colors….the blood of computers, a simple language with only 2 "words."
Now, you could go through and count 'em all up to figure out what they make by taking a while and hoping you don't miscount…. OR!!!
You could do it my way, which took me all of 30 seconds, yes, 30 seconds…..
Now, first read up on various methods that Photoshop can save images as… (don't know if this works for gimp or not) … some of these just save RAW data
One of these methods saves the image file in a very useful way (I'll let you figure this bit out).
Save it this way….open with a text editor of your choice….
Finally, a replace "?" with "1" and replace "?" with "0" should dump out the binary and you can simply head over to http://www.yellowpipe.com/yis/tools/encrypter/index.php and BAM! Easy 50 points.

definately the best article on steg 5 (much shorter, than the rest, while explaining what it needs to get at). Not too much info, and not too little. CONGRATULATIONS!

The best article about steg5. I just have to download Photoshop and I will try to pass the challenge. Really nice article. You got awesome from me

Jesus… great article would never of thought of doing it like this. It was kinda fun though.. counting all those squares.. perhaps people will miss on that now! awesome!

haha….im not sure i would go with "fun"….more like "unbelievably boring"….but yeah, people probably will miss out on that now….

I've saved it as all file types.. can anyone pm me which one i'm supposed to read? so many files, so many encryptions.. half of which are probably just random sets of numbers. "Awesome" rating from me n/eway
